hi there ! i'm meow. you can also call me pink, or georgie. i am a digital artist based in wales, uk. i was previously known as bluedrawin !i have been doing digital art since 2011, and have been doing freelance work since 2017. i have a diploma in art and animation !i also frequently livestream on twitch - i consider myself a variety streamer, as i will either be playing games or drawing on stream.i plan on hopefully launching a PNGtuber of my fursona Loxi at some point as well. below is some art of them !

by purchasing artwork from me, you are agreeing to the conditions provided below. please read carefully, or i may decline to do business with you. any further questions or concerns not listed here may be directed to me via email or any of my social media accounts.
under no circumstances will my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, be used in any sort of crypto-currency transactions. this includes NFTs, collections or any future related concept, and i will not accept payment via any crypto-currency either. i also DO NOT support nor approve of my art being used to train generative AI programs ( Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT, or any similar systems ).
PAYMENT POLICY
please note that my prices listed are the base price– i.e just the character illustrated at your chosen size. simple backgrounds are always free, but extra characters, semi-complex to complex background work, alternate versions of your commission, etc. will come at an extra cost. these are listed in my commission prices.
please ensure you are financially capable to commission me before you do so.
all prices and payments will be made in Great British Pounds ( GBP ). this is non-negiotable.
payment methods accepted are paypal, stripe, wise, and monzo bank transfer.
at least a quarter of the payment is expected when the sketch is finalised.
payment plans are offered to commissions over £50, but are accepted for any commission.
payment plans usually are taken in two halves or four quarters; if smaller installments are needed, please ask.
the final, unwatermarked PNGs will not be sent until the payment plan has been completed.
extra work must be compensated. large revisions after the sketch stage will add to your cost. revisions that are my own mistake ( i.e drawing a part of a character wrong or off model, missing details, etc ) will not cost extra.
REFUND POLICY
refunds during the draft / sketch stage, for any reason, will always be issued in full.
after the lineart stage, only up to 50% of your payment will be refunded.
i will not issue refunds after a week of completion.
if, for any reason, i cannot complete your work– at any stage– a refund will be issued in full. you will be informed of this before a refund is issued.
GENERAL GUIDELINES
i have the right to decline any commission, for any reason. please note i can withhold my reasoning for not accepting a commission.i may also reject your commission if you have an artists beware or are blacklisted by other artists i follow and / or are friends with. if i suspect you are using an alias, i will also reject your commission and blacklist you.i will take anywhere from 2 to 5 slots at a time; this will usually be announced on my discord server, telegram channel, and twitter first. i will not allow for reserve slots; these are always first come, first serve. but you may request to be notified when they reopen.all artwork must be sfw. suggestiveness / softcore and some kink / fetish themes are ok, but i will not draw pornography. please ask for further clarification if required.once your commission is done, it'll be sent via discord, telegram, or email. you'll recieve a hq version, and a transparent version of your commission. i can also send psds and other file types, but please note you must request these ( they come at no extra charge ).i need clear reference of your character to work with. no 'description only' deals.pose references, background references, and other art inspirations or mood boards are always accepted as additional reference for me to work with.i will not work with short deadlines ( less than two weeks ). if you are looking to buy a commission for a birthday, anniversary, a seasonal or holiday commission, etc., i recommend you enquire at least a month in advance. commissions like these will always be prioritized at the front of my commission queue, so please make sure you are as communicative and punctual as possible to reduce delays.character cap depends on the size of your commission. icons and portraits have a 2 character limit, half-bodies and full-bodies have a 3 character limit. you may inquire for a commission that exceeds this limit, but please note this is done on an ad hoc basis and may not always be accepted. please also note this will come at a much larger charge.please respect me, respect my work. i may cancel or blacklist clients that are especially rude or difficult to work with. if you attempt to scam me, break my guidelines, push for free work, etc., you will be blacklisted.
WILL DO
humans / humanoids.
furries / anthropomorphic characters and animals - please note that my speciality primarily lays in mammals such as canines and felines. however, i am happy to attempt to draw any species.
fan-made or fantasy species ( sergals, protogens, wickerbeasts, mantled beats, novabeasts, dragons/draconids, pokemon, etc. ).
i will only draw characters from an open species, meaning anyone can create a character under that species for free. due to copyright concerns; i will not draw, design, or otherwise create characters from a closed species.
fanart of most, but not all, media series.
mild blood / gore elements. this includes things such as bloodied noses, small scrapes and gashes, healed self-harm scarring, etc.
robot / machine gore and candy gore may be accepted, but this will have to be discussed at length. additionally, characters such as skullies with visible skeletons are okay.
non-explicit sexual suggestiveness. this includes tasteful lingerie, suggestive / pin-up poses, revealing clothing, fanservice-style work, etc.
WON'T DO
heavy gore elements.
explicitly sexual / nsfw content. i will not draw any visible genitalia. small visible nipples through clothing are okay, but i will not draw bulges or cameltoes.
any work depicting an abusive relationship or situation; this includes pedophillia, incest, abuse ( physical, emotional, sexual, domestic, etc. ), feral / beastiality.
whilst i am happy to draw child / teen characters, i will not draw lolicon, shotacon, cub art, or babyfurs. i will also not draw “not technically incest” relationships ( step-siblings/ step-parents, etc ).
i will also not draw artwork of characters pretending to be related for a sexual reason.
i will depict an anthropomorphic character and a human in a relationship, but i will not draw animal/anthro, or animal/human.
this also includes non-anthropomorphic pokemon or creature designs. this clause is also inclusive of things that are considered “taboo” or things that would be illegal in a real life setting.
any artwork that is fetish or kink focused. i will draw characters wearing an outfit that may be considered to be fetishistic or kinky in nature ( harnesses, latex, shibari, muzzles, etc. ), however it must be outfit only, and must not clash with my explicit sexual / nsfw content clause. if you are unsure, please ask for further clarification on this.
any artwork depicting extremist imagery or dogwhistles.
complex machinery, armor, or robotics. this includes things like mechs, gundams, transformer-like characters. characters like megaman robot masters, synths, protogens, are okay.
knight armor or sci-fi armor will be considered on a case-by-case basis. they will require a lot of reference, and may need to be simplified.
i am not liable to any false information given to me by a client !
if i find that my terms are violated, the perpetrator may be blacklisted, and will no longer be allowed to contact me via any means.
in the event of a chargeback or any form of extortion, i may publish the offender's relevant social media, email, and other business-related exchanges and inquiries (such as emails and invoices) as proof of evidence. personal information will be redacted. this excludes cases where a refund was agreed upon.
current and potential clients may request a slot when commissions are closed, but please do not harrass me.

if you have a specific budget to be met, we can discuss these at length before your commission is started.

having additional characters in your illustration will incur an extra charge.
a second character is +50% of the base price, and a third character will be +100% of the base price.
simple background
a simple background is always free of charge. simple backgrounds qualify as follows;

semi-complex background
a semi-complex background will be anywhere from +25% - +45% of the base price, depending on the size, scale, and detail of the background.semi-complex backgrounds qualify as follows;

simple rooms / interiors
complex background
a complex background will be anywhere from +45% - 75% of the base price, depending on the size, scale, and detail of the background.complex backgrounds qualify as follows;

alternate versions
alternate versions of your illustration may be requested, but will incur an extra charge, based on complexity and scale.alternates will max out at +50% per alt. simple changes are always free, such as;
small accessories being toggled on / off
a colour change ( such as changing the eye colour / hair colour, etc; can be multiple )
a texture being toggled on / off
a text or a speech bubble being toggled on / off
a secondary character being visible or not ( you must request this prior to lineart being completed )
